Introduction
MediFund helps needy Singapore Citizens who are unable to pay their medical bills, even after using all available Government subsidies, insurance, and MediSave. MediFund Silver provides targeted assistance specifically for needy seniors.
It can be used to pay for treatment at public hospitals, national specialty centres, and approved Community Care services.
How to qualify
There are a few criteria your loved one will need to meet to qualify for MediFund.

How to apply
You can apply for MediFund through a medical social worker at the hospital or institution where you or your loved one is receiving care.
If your application is successful, MediFund will cover your loved one’s medical bills.
