Survey Audience: Unpaid caregivers who are Singapore Citizens or PRs aged 21 and above
Duration: 13 Jul 2026 to 16 Oct 2026
Format: Face-to-face, phone call, or self-administered using an online link

Survey Audience:Seniors aged 60 and above who are living in Toa Payoh Planning Area

Format:Door to door survey in Toa Payoh

Survey Audience: 
- Clients aged 18 and above who are currently using mental health services and can speak English or Chinese;
- Caregivers aged 21 and above of loved ones with dementia who are currently using dementia services and can speak English or Chinese;
- Stakeholders who have worked with ASCAT teams;
- Youth clients aged 12–25 who have used mental health services and can speak English.

Survey Audience: CIP participants who enrolled on or after 1 July 2025, and have discontinued after completing the main intervention phase.
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
Format: Face-to-face survey

Survey Audience: Participants are stakeholders involved in CIP. This can include staff from public healthcare institutions, CIP service providers engaged, and CIP participants.
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
Format: Focus group discussions, telephone survey, or online survey

Survey Audience - Clients who have been referred to two or more community care services through AIC from December 2025 to March 2026 and have used at least one service before the survey
- Singapore Citizen or permanent resident
- Does not decline to participate in survey
- Able to answer survey independently
- Not suffering from cognitive impaired, speech or hearing impairment, or being unable to understand and answer the survey question
Duration: 31 Mar 2026 to 31 Jan 2027
Format: Door-to-door (client), phone call or door-to-door (caregiver)
