Survey Audience: Clients who have recently joined AACs as a member, regardless of their level of participation; and Singapore citizens or permanent residents aged 60 and above living in areas without an AAC at the time of survey
Duration: 1 Jan 2024 to 30 Apr 2026
Format: Face-to-face survey
Conducted by: QS-First Pte Ltd on behalf of AIC
Survey Audience: Caregivers who are 21 years and above; unpaid caregiver of at least one care recipient; a family, partner, relative or friend of the care recipient(s); a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; able to read and communicate in English.
Duration: 29 Dec 2025 to 14 Feb 2026
Format: Face-to-face survey
Conducted by: AIC
Survey Audience:
- Clients aged 18 and above who are currently using mental health services and can speak English or Chinese;
- Caregivers aged 21 and above of loved ones with dementia who are currently using dementia services and can speak English or Chinese;
- Stakeholders who have worked with ASCAT teams;
- Youth clients aged 12–25 who have used mental health services and can speak English.
Duration: 12 Jan 2026 to 30 Jun 2026
Format: Individual interviews, focus group discussions

Survey Audience: CIP participants who enrolled on or after 1 July 2025, and have discontinued after completing the main intervention phase.
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
Format: Face-to-face survey

Survey Audience: Participants are stakeholders involved in CIP. This can include staff from public healthcare institutions, CIP service providers engaged, CIP participants.
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027
Format: Focus group discussions, telephone survey, or online survey
Survey Audience: Clients who received Centre Base service from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025, including those who have now dropped out of the service.
Duration: 16 Feb 2026 to 30 Jun 2026
