Community Care Awards
The Community Care Awards platform recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations dedicated to the Community Care sector.

As one of the Community Care Awards, the Community Care Nursing Leadership Programme is a talent development programme that aims to groom the next generation of nursing leaders and build nursing leadership bench strength in the Community Care sector.

Overview

 

The Community Care Nursing Leadership Programme (CCNLP) is open to local Registered Nurses who have at least five years of nursing experience and are looking to develop and grow their careers in the Community Care sector. Successful candidates will be placed on either a three or five-year training and development track, which will be jointly decided by a panel made up of members from AIC and Community Care Organisations (CCOs).

 

 

 Three-Year TrackFive-Year Track
Nurse Managers (NMs) or equivalent who can assume leadership roles sooner and address more immediate gaps in succession planning. Senior Staff Nurses (SSNs) or equivalent with a longer career and leadership runway.

 

 

Over the course of the programme, successful candidates can look forward to exciting career development opportunities, including:

  • Networking opportunities and peer learning sessions

Application

 

Self-Application or Nomination by Organisation

 

Local Registered Nurses (Nurse Managers or Senior Staff Nurses) with at least 5 years of nursing experience in either the Community Care sector, Public Healthcare Institutions or Private Hospitals, and are interested to grow their career at a Community Care Organisation, may either self-apply or be nominated by their organisation to be placed on the programme.

1. Nomination by CCO


CCOs can apply by submitting their application of their Registered Nurses on OurSG Grants portal (OSG portal). Candidates must have completed at least one year of continuous service with their nominating organisation.

2. Self Application


Registered Nurses keen to transit into the Community Care sector can self-apply by downloading and submitting their CCNLP application form to ccnlp@aic.sg.  AIC will facilitate the matching and placement process as successful candidates must be employed by a CCO before onboarding the CCNLP.

All shortlisted applicants are required to undergo a selection interview.
