Initiating QI Projects

Promoting Continuous Quality Improvement

AIC works with our residential Community Care partners on clinical, operational and service quality initiatives. The aim is to support your organisation’s efforts in promoting continuous quality improvement and foster an innovative learning culture.

AIC promotes Quality Improvement (QI) through facilitating collaborative workshops focusing on clinical and process improvement. During the workshop, Lean methodology and QI tools are introduced, and Community Care organisations are guided in their improvement projects.

In addition, QI toolkits are available for Community Care organisations to guide them as they embark on their improvement journey. The toolkits contain good practices from past projects and examples of Community Care providers’ QI projects. Contact us @ quality@aic.sg if you would like to find out more on the Quality Improvement toolkit

For Community Care Organisations who are interested in participating in our Process Improvement Workshops, please download the factsheets here for more details.
