- Get one-to-one guidance from advisors who will help clarify your questions and support you in drafting your LPA.
Advance Care Planning (ACP)
- Trained ACP facilitators will be here on-site to answer questions about ACP and guide you through completing MyACP.
- Get help to book a facilitated ACP appointment.
CPF nomination
- If you’re ready to make a CPF nomination, our CPF volunteers can guide you through the process and act as witnesses.
- Prepare a valid Singpass and your nominee’s details, including full name, identification number and mailing address (if your nominee is a foreigner).
