Age Well Kakis is a programme that helps Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 50 and above give back to the community through meaningful community tasks.
Community tasks are available across a range of community care settings, such as Active Ageing Centres (AACs), senior care centres, nursing homes, community mental health providers.
Choose tasks that match your interests, abilities, and availability, such as befriending seniors, delivering meals, supporting AAC activities, and more.

Offer companionship and emotional support through regular check-ins and meaningful conversations.

Welcome and guide visitors at service centres or events, creating a friendly and helpful first impression.

Use your hands-on skills to fix, mend, or improve items, bringing practical help to those in need.
Nurture plants and green spaces to promote wellness, sustainability, and a love for nature in the community.
Lead engaging activities or workshops that empower participants to learn, connect, and grow.

Support others in staying active and healthy through exercise sessions, wellness talks, or simple encouragement.

Prepare or deliver nutritious meals with care, bringing both sustenance and smiles to recipients.

Assist caregivers and care recipients through respite care, errands, or simply being there when it counts.
Provide a listening ear and emotional first aid to those facing mental or emotional stress.

Share your passions—be it music, art, or crafts—to inspire joy and foster connection with others.
