The Grow Farm Programme promotes environmental sustainability through a farm-to-table approach, involving ex-offenders from Highpoint and volunteers. Participants gain life skills and foster community collaboration by caring for the farm, leading activities like seedling planting and harvesting, while making a positive environmental impact.

Growing Green Together is a senior volunteering programme encouraging seniors to use their gardening skills to benefit the Tampines community. Volunteers help maintain the community garden and share their knowledge with beginners. This role keeps seniors mentally and physically active while fostering social connections. The garden brings people from diverse backgrounds together to exchange expertise and passion, promoting healthier lifestyles and enhancing overall well-being through meaningful community engagement.
