Be in the habit of learning something new

  • Whether it is a 2-hour course or an 8-week programme, learning and doing something new is what strengthens your cognitive abilities.
  • If it feels too difficult, do not be afraid to try it. Take up a new language, pick up a music instrument or explore all the different ways you can help you and your loved ones mentally strong and fit.
