eFASS System Update

AIC eServices for Financing Schemes (eFASS) System Update

eFASS will be undergoing a system update from 11 March to 20 March.

You can continue to apply for financial assistance using eFASS during this period. However, please expect a longer than usual processing period of 6 to 8 weeks, instead of the usual 4 weeks.

The financial assistance schemes affected by this are:

• CareShield Life
• ElderFund
• ElderShield
• Home Caregiving Grant (HCG)
• Interim Disability Assistance Programme for the Elderly (IDAPE)
• MediSave Care
• Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme (PioneerDAS)
• Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) Levy Concession for Persons with Disabilities
