Activities and Workshops

The Mandai Wildlife Reserve (MWR) is home to Singapore’s wildlife parks including the Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari, and Bird Paradise. The MWR has worked with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to offer complimentary admission to beneficiaries from eligible organisations that are Social Service Agencies listed under the NCSS. For all enquiries and information on eligibility, please contact Mandai Wildlife Group at enquiry@mandai.com.

Through this initiative by the Gardens by the Bay, beneficiaries from Social Service Agencies listed under the National Council of Social Service/ Charities Portal enjoy free admission to the conservatory, guided tours, festivals and events, and educational programmes. The National Parks Board’s Therapeutic Horticulture Programmes utilises nature-related activities in Therapeutic Gardens suitable for seniors and persons living with dementia. The activities include scent bag making, flower & leaf pressing, and leaf collage making designed to promote low intensity exercise, improve motor skills, stimulate memory, encourage positive social interactions, and promote mindfulness. Programme fees are waived for MCCY registered Voluntary Welfare Organisations, Non-Profit Organisations, Co-Op & IPC Organisations.
